Are you a current college student or recent graduate at the University of Louisville or a nearby school who wants real sales and business experience before you graduate? You don't need insurance experience or a license to start. We're looking for motivated students or recent graduates who want to learn how a successful small business grows, build skills that look great on a resume, and earn while they learn. Part-time hours that work around your class schedule and full-time hours are both available. Now hiring for Spring and Summer 2027.
ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We've been proudly serving the community for 10 years and have a team of 8 across two locations, Mt. Washington and Louisville. We consistently rank in the top 1% of agencies across the country and work extremely hard to do so. I began my career with State Farm as a team member and spent six years in that role before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Kentucky, and I love training people who are new to the industry, as long as they bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Our agency is family-oriented and close-knit. We set high goals, work hard, and make sure to have fun along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, learn customer needs, and market the right products and services.
- Build customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Work with the agent to set and reach marketing goals, including community and social media outreach.
- Learn the day-to-day of running a business from the inside.
WHAT YOU'LL GET:

MY TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES:

- Current college students (any major; business, marketing, finance, and communications are a great fit)
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated, organized, people-oriented, and coachable
- Competitive and eager to learn; no sales experience required

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
